Our club:
Cotswold Rowing Club are a friendly and welcoming club. For us, it's not just training; we love it when our teams win, but we're just as enthusiastic about simply meeting for fun. We concentrate on "sculling" as opposed to "sweep oar" rowing, and this allows us greater flexibility to ensure our rowers get out on the water.
Anyone is welcome to join us. Our club has a wide range of members of varying abilities and ages. Everyone learns at different paces and in different ways. Our friendly coaches will work with you to ensure you get the most out of your time at Cotswold Rowing Club.
Meet Our Team
Meet the fleet:
We have a variety of sculling boats and equipment available to suit a wide variety of experienced and novice rowers.
For those new to sculling, we have 7 training singles, a coxed training quad and a coxed training double.
More experienced rowers will have access to the fine boats. We currently have 6 fine singles, 2 doubles and a quad.
We have recently purchased a single and a double coastal boat to provide a more stable platform which allow us to row throughout the year.
We are always adding more equipment to our fleet where needed.
We also have space for private boats to be racked on site with a fee of £55 for a single scull.
